Establishes a Coordinator for Disabled Small Business Concerns within the Small Business Administration.

The Supporting Disabled Entrepreneurs Act amends the Small Business Act to create a Coordinator for Disabled Small Business Concerns within the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Civil Rights of the Small Business Administration. The Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, evaluating, and improving efforts to support disabled small business concerns across capital, counseling, and contracting. The Coordinator will consult with relevant federal agencies, hold public meetings, and advocate for disabled small business concerns.
