A BILL
To prevent foreign adversaries from threatening the national security of the United States by extracting key technical features of closed-source, United States-owned artificial intelligence models, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as “Blocking Large-scale Adversarial Distillation Efforts Act of 2026” or “BLADE Act”.
