A BILL
To amend title XXX of the Public Health Service Act to establish standards and protocols to improve patient matching.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Patient Matching And Transparency in Certified Health IT Act of 2026” or the “MATCH IT Act of 2026”.
