A BILL
To require social media platform providers to obtain parental consent with respect to children creating or maintaining accounts or profiles on their platforms, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Parental Approval for Youth Social Media Act of 2026”.
