A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to protect more victims of domestic violence by preventing their abusers from possessing or receiving firearms, and for other purposes.
Grant program regarding removal of firearms from adjudicated domestic violence parties
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Lori Jackson-Nicolette Elias Domestic Violence Survivor Protection Act”.
