The Anti-Corruption Bureau Creation Act establishes the Anti-Corruption Bureau as an independent establishment within the executive branch. The Bureau is tasked with preventing, detecting, and addressing corruption, conflicts of interest, abuses of power, and violations of campaign finance, ethics, and civil service laws. The Bureau has exclusive jurisdiction over civil enforcement of these laws. The Act also creates a Blue Ribbon Advisory Panel to recommend individuals for appointment to the Bureau.
