A BILL
To require a study of AI-enabled toys and development of a joint action plan regarding the marketing and sale of AI-enabled toys.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Children’s Artificial Intelligence Toy Safety Act of 2026”.
