A BILL
To amend the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 to support microgrids, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Supporting Transformative Resilience, Operations, and Next-Generation Grid Innovation Deployment Act of 2026” or the “STRONG GRID Act of 2026”.
