To prevent the distribution of intimate visual depictions without consent.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Preventing Rampant Online Technological Exploitation and Criminal Trafficking Act of 2026” or the “PROTECT Act of 2026”.
