A BILL
To establish a National Workforce Transition Board to support training and education activities for workers, in response to the adoption of artificial intelligence and emerging technology, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “National Workforce Transition Fund Act of 2026”.
