A BILL
To promote competition and reduce consumer switching costs in the provision of online services, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Artificial Intelligence Access, Gatekeeper Exchange, and Nondiscriminatory Transfer Act of 2026” or the “AI AGENT Act of 2026”.
