Mr. Scott of Florida (for himself and Mrs. Blackburn) introduced the following bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations
A BILL
To require the Secretary of State to establish a memorial to honor victims of genocide and crimes against humanity committed by the Chinese Communist Party and individuals otherwise persecuted in the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Honoring the Victims of Communist China’s Tyranny Act”.
