A BILL
To direct the Food and Drug Administration to prevent the importation of counterfeit, unapproved, misbranded, or adulterated drugs from the People’s Republic of China or other foreign countries, to establish enhanced safeguards for imported drug products, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Secure Drug Supply Chain Act of 2026”.
