A BILL
To restore competition in online search and digital advertising markets, to prevent exclusionary conduct by covered platforms, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Securing Enforcement of Americans' Right to Competition at Home Act of 2026” or the “SEARCH Act of 2026”.
