A BILL
To amend the Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 1990 to require that States pay child care providers on the basis of attendance, to allow States to pay the providers through reimbursement, and to establish requirements relating to error reports, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Strengthening Transparency and Oversight to Prevent Child Care Fraud Act” or the “STOP Child Care Fraud Act”.
