Stop the Sexualization of Children Act prohibits funds under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 from being used for sexually oriented.

The Stop the Sexualization of Children Act amends the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to prohibit the use of funds to develop, implement, facilitate, host, or promote any program or activity for, or to provide or promote literature or other materials to, children under the age of 18 that includes sexually oriented material. This includes material that depicts, describes, or simulates sexually explicit conduct or involves gender dysphoria or transgenderism. The Act aims to protect children from exposure to such material in educational settings.
