A BILL
To amend chapter 171 of title 28, United States Code, to allow suit against the United States for military sexual trauma.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Military Sexual Trauma Accountability Act”.
