Adjusts the minimum amount in controversy for diversity jurisdiction in federal courts for inflation.

The Diversity Jurisdiction Inflation Adjustment Act modifies federal law to adjust the minimum amount in controversy for diversity jurisdiction in federal courts for inflation. The Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts will determine the amount of each adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index and publish the new minimum amount in controversy in the Federal Register by November 15 each year. The adjustment takes effect on January 1 of the following year.
