The Bureau of Industry and Security License Administration Enhancement Act amends the Export Control Reform Act of 2018 to improve the administration of export control licenses. It mandates the Secretary of Commerce to publish standards and factors for presumption of denial standards within 90 days of enactment. The Secretary must also review and report on the implementation of a specific interim final rule related to advanced computing integrated circuits.
