A BILL

To strengthen protections against child labor violations, and for other purposes.

1. Short title; 2. Table of contents; TITLE I—STRENGTHENING PROTECTIONS AGAINST CHILD LABOR VIOLATIONS UNDER THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT OF 1938; 101. Definition of oppressive child labor; hazardous occupations; 102. Enhancing child labor protections; 103. Strengthening penalties for child labor violations; 104. Training and engagement with respect to child labor violations; TITLE II—CHILD LABOR REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTAIN FEDERAL CONTRACTORS AND RECIPIENTS OF FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE; 201. Amendments to the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act; 202. Child labor requirements for contracts and assistance covered by the Davis-Bacon Act or Related Acts or the Service Contract Act; TITLE III—MISCELLANEOUS; 301. Reports to Congress on work-related injuries, illnesses, and deaths
