The Eliminate Chinese Organized Crime Act establishes a program to provide assistance to strengthen the capacity of law enforcement agencies in Latin America and the Caribbean to prosecute Chinese organized criminal groups. The Secretary of State may provide assistance, including technical assistance and training, to these agencies. The assistance aims to disrupt criminal activities such as narcotics trafficking, money laundering, illicit finance, and foreign interference.
