A BILL
To amend the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 to counter subsidies provided by the Government of the People’s Republic of China, to protect critical United States industries, and to strengthen United States economic and national security competitiveness.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “China Subsidy Response and Export Competitiveness Act of 2026”.
