A BILL
To require the Secretary of Defense to take action to improve air and missile defense acquisition, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Optimizing Acquisition Strategies for Integrated Security in the Middle East Act of 2026” or the “OASIS Act of 2026”.
