The Elder Pride Act amends the Older Americans Act of 1965 to establish the Office of LGBTQI Inclusion within the Administration on Aging. This office will be headed by a Director of LGBTQI Inclusion, appointed by the Secretary, who will coordinate activities within the Department of Health and Human Services and between other federal departments and agencies to ensure improved services for LGBTQI older individuals.
