A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to publish, on an annual basis, an assessment of United States dependency on the exportation of agricultural commodities to adversarial countries, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Moving Away from Risk to Key Export Targets Act of 2026” or the “MARKET Act of 2026”.
