A BILL
To address maternal mental health conditions and substance use disorders, and for other purposes.
Grants to grow and diversify the maternal mental and behavioral health care workforce
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Moms Matter Act”.
