The Strength in Diversity Act of 2026 establishes the Strength in Diversity Program to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies to increase diversity in covered schools. The Act authorizes the Secretary of Education to award planning and implementation grants to eligible entities, which include State educational agencies, local educational agencies, and other educational entities with significant achievement gaps and socioeconomic or racial segregation.
