The HUMBLE Presidents Act prohibits the use of a sitting President's name, image, likeness, or signature on U.S. currency, securities, coins, and federal assets. It also bans the use of these elements to designate, name, or decorate federal buildings or other federal assets. Federal funds cannot be used for activities that violate these prohibitions.
