Stop Support for UNRWA Act of 2026 prohibits U.S. contributions to UNRWA and related entities.

The Stop Support for UNRWA Act of 2026 prohibits the United States from making any contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), any successor or related entity, or to the regular budget of the United Nations for the support of UNRWA or such successor or related entity. It also restricts funding for United Nations entities chaired by countries that support terrorism. Additionally, it revokes immunities for UNRWA officials, employees, or representatives under the International Organizations Immunities Act.
