The Retirement Annuity Supplement Clarity Act amends federal law to clarify the inclusion of annuity supplements in court-ordered divisions of retirement annuities. It requires that a court decree, court order, or other similar process expressly provides for an annuity supplement payment. The Office of Personnel Management must pay a one-time payment to a covered annuitant who received an annuity supplement before the enactment of this Act. The payment amount equals the amount deducted from the annuity due to the annuity supplement.
