A BILL
To amend the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 to streamline nutrition access for older adults and adults with disabilities, and for other purposes.
Enrollment and outreach pilot program for older adults, kinship families, and adults with disabilities
Food delivery under supplemental nutrition assistance program
Infrastructure funding for farmers' markets; local procurement pilot program
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Senior Hunger Prevention Act of 2026”.
