Prohibits funding for the Board of Peace without congressional authorization and requires reports on its activities.
The PEACE Act prohibits federal funding for the Board of Peace unless specifically authorized by Congress. It mandates reports from the Secretary of State and federal agencies on the Board's contributions to sustainable peace in Gaza. The President must submit a strategy on using funds for sustainable peace, and the Act emphasizes Congress's authority over federal funds for international organizations. It also prohibits extending privileges, exemptions, or immunities to the Board of Peace.
