Reauthorizes the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996.

This bill reauthorizes the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996. It amends the Act to establish a Tribal Intergovernmental Advisory Committee to provide policy recommendations on programs and activities of the Department of Housing and Urban Development that affect Indian and Alaska Native communities. The bill also establishes a pilot program for housing assistance for homeless Native Hawaiians and a pilot program for housing assistance for homeless Native Americans and Alaska Natives.
