A BILL

To encourage Hungary to end its reliance on Russian energy and prevent Hungary’s efforts to obstruct financial or security assistance to Ukraine, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Short title.

This Act may be cited as the “Barring Leverage and Obstruction that Contributes to Kremlin Profits Undermining Transatlantic Interests and NATO Act” or the “BLOCK PUTIN Act”.
