A BILL
To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to establish a pilot program to furnish doula services to veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Delivering Optimally Urgent Labor Access for Veterans Affairs Act of 2026” or the “DOULA for VA Act of 2026”.
