A BILL
To improve the provision of services from the Department of Veterans Affairs to incarcerated veterans, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Get Justice-Involved Veterans Behavioral Assistance and Care for Key Health Outcomes to Maintain Empowerment Act” or the “Get Justice-Involved Veterans BACK HOME Act”.
