Federal SB4157, known as the "No Bailout for Crypto Act," prohibits federal agencies from providing financial assistance to digital asset market participants, including digital asset intermediaries, service providers, and financial service providers. This includes preventing the use of the Exchange Stabilization Fund for such entities. The bill also bars these entities from accessing emergency liquidity facilities under the Federal Reserve Act. The prohibition does not affect the Federal Reserve's authority to lend to depository institutions.
