21st Century Entrepreneurship Act

Introduced·3/18/26

Encourages entrepreneurship training in after school programs for disadvantaged youth.

The 21st Century Entrepreneurship Act aims to boost entrepreneurship among disadvantaged youth by developing a curriculum for SCORE program volunteers to teach entrepreneurship and inventorship. The curriculum targets female students, minority students, English learners, children with disabilities, students from rural areas, and low-income students. The bill also encourages partnerships between the SCORE program and community learning centers to implement this curriculum. The Small Business Administration is authorized to appropriate funds for this initiative.
