The bill amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the credit period for the production of refined coal. Specifically, it modifies the credit period to end before January 1, 2033, rather than 10 years after the facility was placed in service. The changes also include conforming amendments to other sections of the Code and apply to refined coal produced and sold after December 31, 2025.
