A BILL
To establish a regulatory sandbox program under which agencies may provide waivers of agency rules and guidance, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Promoting Innovation and Offering the Needed Escape from Exhaustive Regulations Act” or the “PIONEER Act”.
