The DHS Hiring Review Act mandates the Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers to certify that all ICE and CBP agents and officers have completed required training. It requires the Under Secretary for Management to audit hiring records of ICE and CBP employees hired after January 20, 2025, ensuring compliance with Office of Personnel Management standards.
