The Miranda Vargas School Bus Driver Red Flag Act, also known as Miranda’s Law, requires the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to implement a national employer notification service. This service will automatically notify employers of changes in the driving records or licenses of employees with commercial driver’s licenses. Employers include school districts and private companies transporting students. The service will notify employers of violations, accidents, suspensions, or revocations.
