The MORE WATER Act amends the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to reauthorize the large-scale water recycling and reuse program, establishing a Water Conveyance Improvement Program. It authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 2028 through 2032. The Act also mandates the deauthorization of inactive Reclamation projects, with exceptions for projects of national importance or those funded by Congress. The Secretary of the Interior must submit a final deauthorization list to Congress and make it publicly accessible.
