A BILL
To establish an expert review panel to make recommendations for a comprehensive agency-wide safety management system at the FAA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “FAA SMS Compliance Review Act of 2026”.
