SERVE Act Stop Executive Renaming for Vanity and Ego Act

Prohibits naming federal buildings or assets after sitting Presidents and requires renaming existing ones.

The SERVE Act prohibits the naming, renaming, designating, or redesignating of any federal building, land, or other asset in the name of a sitting President. It also bans the use of federal funds for such actions. Any federal property named after a sitting President as of the act's enactment must revert to its previous name.
