A BILL

To amend the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act to modify a provision relating to the extension of certain dates for the completion of the Regional Water System, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. Aamodt litigation settlement protection.

Section 623(g) of the Aamodt Litigation Settlement Act ( Public Law 111–291; 124 Stat. 3153) is amended—

(1) by striking “The dates” and inserting the following:
