A BILL
To prohibit the Secretary of Health and Human Services from implementing the WISeR model under the Medicare program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Seniors Deserve Streamlined Medical Approvals for Timely, Efficient Recovery Care Act of 2025” or the “Seniors Deserve SMARTER Care Act of 2025”.
