A BILL
To amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to reauthorize technical assistance to small public water systems and the assistance for small and disadvantaged communities program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. Short title.
This Act may be cited as the “Unincorporated Partnerships for Grant Resources, Assistance, and Drinking Water Enhancements Act of 2025” or the “UPGRADE Act of 2025”.
