Allows Purple Heart recipients to transfer unused Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to family members.

The Purple Heart Veterans Education Act of 2025 amends title 38, United States Code, to authorize Purple Heart recipients to transfer unused Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to eligible family members. The Secretary of Veterans Affairs and the Secretary of Defense must coordinate to facilitate this transfer. Eligible individuals include veterans awarded the Purple Heart after September 11, 2001. Eligible dependents include children and other specified relatives. The transfer is limited to 36 months and cannot be treated as marital property.
