The Domestic Organic Investment Act of 2025 establishes a program to boost the domestic organic product supply chain.

The Domestic Organic Investment Act of 2025 amends the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to create the Domestic Organic Investment Program. This program aims to increase the capacity of the domestic organic product supply chain, expand storage, processing, aggregation, and distribution of certified organic products, and facilitate market development for domestic organic products. The Secretary of Agriculture will provide grants to eligible entities, which include producers, producer cooperatives, and Tribal governments.
